STORY: North Johnston breaks loose in 4th quarter

KENLY -- North Johnston erupted for 20 fourth-quarter points and turned back rival Rosewood, 27-13, on Friday evening.
The Eagles tied the game at 7-7 on Cameron Helt's 1-yard plunge in the third quarter. The teams entered the fourth period tied at 7-7.
Tucker Chapin ended the Panthers' 20-point surge with a 25-yard touchdown pass to Alex Godwin as time expired. Chapin and Helt combined for 70 yards passing on eight completions.
Godwin hauled in six receptions for 61 yards. Jaikel Coley caught two passes for 9 yards.
Helt emerged as Rosewood's top rusher with 92 yards on 23 attempts. Tronqull Blue added 77 yards, followed by Chapin with 14 and Godwin with 12.
The Eagles (0-2 overall) return home Thursday for a non-conference matchup against Midway, which escaped Princeton 55-54 on Friday evening. Kickoff is 7 p.m. at Branch Pope Field.
