BOYS' SOCCER: Shaw's hat trick pushes WCDS to road romp

PANTEGO -- Nehemiya Shaw notched a hat trick (three goals) and assisted on another goal as Wayne Country Day thumped Terra Ceia, 9-0, in mercy-rule fashion Tuesday afternoon.
Noah Adkins contributed two goals and two assists. John Thompson delivered two goals and an assist. Ben Cohen, who returned after a six-game absence, and Marquise Newell supplied one goal and one assist apiece.
Hunter Bryson and DJ Drew each had one assist.
"We dominated from start to finish against a team that defended very deep," WCDS head coach Steve Ellis said.
