STORY: Chargers strike in 2nd minute, roll past University Christian

Hunter Bryson converted a cross by Nehemiya Shaw in the second minute, and sparked Wayne Country Day to an 8-0, non-conference conquest of University Christian on Friday afternoon.
Bryson finished with a hat trick (three goals) for the Chargers, who reeled off their sixth consecutive win and posted their third shutout of the season.
Shaw provided two goals and a season-high three assists. Noah Adkins logged two goals, including a second-half penalty kick. Jon Bryan capped the scoring with a lone goal off a Shaw assist.
John Thompson dished out two assists. Luis Lopez had one.
Wayne Country Day (6-1-0 overall) is the guest of Terra Ceia on Tuesday.
