Traditional Gymnastics team fares well in meet

The Traditional Gymnastics team of Goldsboro competed in the St. Patrick's Day Invitational hosted by the Raleigh School of Gymnastics. More than 100 competitors from nine gyms participated in the day-long meet on the USAG Optional Levels 1-4 and 6, and Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Traditional's Platinum squad placed first overall in the team portion of the Invitational. The Silver and Gold teams each finished runner-up. Members of the Traditional Gymnastics team, left to right, front row are: Mary Grace Outlaw (Xcel Silver -- 4th bars, 8th overall); Kelsie Harter (Xcel Platinum -- 2nd vault, bars and floor, 4th all-around); Mackenzie Haley (Xcel Bronze -- 2nd bars, beam and 3rd on vault, all-round) and Siani Black (Xcel Bronze -- 4th all-around).
