Wade scores lone goal in Cougars' season-opening win

Ivey Wade punched in the lone goal as Goldsboro launched its 2016 campaign with a 1-0, non-conference decision over Hobbton on Monday evening.
Makayla Roberts had the assist.
Goalies Kay-lin Bethune and Selena Morales combined for nine shutouts between the pipes.
The Cougars (1-0-0 overall) are the guests of Princeton today.
