Knights upend Chargers in CPIC volleyball affair

WILSON -- Dekiya Thomas distributed 24 assists and collected two aces during Wayne Country Day's 25-20, 13-25, 22-25, 18-25 loss to Greenfield on the Coastal Plains Independent 1-A/2-A Conference scene Tuesday evening.
Olivia Dively paced the Chargers' offense with eight kills. Savannah Strickland cranked out six kills.
Wayne Country Day (3-17 overall, 0-3 CPIC) entertains league foe Pope John Paul on Thursday.
