Faulkner has 8 kills in Golden Falcons' loss to J.H. Rose

GREENVILLE -- Defending state 4-A champion J.H. Rose cranked out a 25-11, 25-5, 25-21 victory over C.B. Aycock in an Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference affair Tuesday afternoon.
Arlanda Faulkner paced the Golden Falcons' offense with a team-high eight kills. CBA had just 14 kills as a team.
Cyerra Carter and Alexis Bynum combined for three solo blocks. Sydney Schmeltzer and Abbie Walton led the Golden Falcons' defense with 17 and 11 digs, respectively.
Tanika Powell dished out eight assists.
