Eastern Wayne comes up empty on road against New Bern

NEW BERN -- Sophomore Kathryn Dixon notched a pair of goals during New Bern's 5-0 conquest of Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference foe Eastern Wayne on Monday evening.
Rachel Hobbs and Kristina Barnett also scored for the Bears.
New Bern (8-6-1 overall, 6-1-0 ECC) travels to league-leading J.H. Rose today. The Warriors are the guest of perennial 3-A powerhouse Wilson Hunt on Friday.
