North Lenoir shuts out Goldsboro in ECC 2A soccer

Nic Kennedy scored twice and North Lenoir defeated Goldsboro 4-0 on the Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference scene Wednesday evening.
Braxton Greene and Mike Bednarz also each found the back of the net. Bednarz added an assist as well as Marco Campos.
Jacob Baird held on to the shutout making seven saves in goal.
North Lenoir (6-10-1 overall, 3-1 ECC) faces Ayden-Grifton on Monday. Goldsboro dropped to 3-8-0 overall and 1-3 in league play.
