Rosewood's Burton, Neuse's Hammer share medalist honors at GMGC

Rosewood's Lindsey Burton and Neuse Charter's MaKenna Hammer shared medalist honors with identical nine-hole rounds of 39 during play on the Goldsboro Municipal Golf Course links.
North Johnston edged Rosewood 158-159 in team competition. Wayne School of Engineering placed with a 176, followed by Wayne Christian with a 183.
Casey Huffman led Princeton with a 56.
Rosewood returns to GMGC on Thursday.
