North Duplin dominates Tarboro

CALYPSO -- North Duplin waltzed to a 17-0 win over Tarboro in the first round of NCHSAA 1-A playoffs Tuesday evening.
Chesney Brown, Mikayla Koch and Rylee Pate all had two RBI to lead the Rebels' offense.
Pate struck out 13 in her five-inning outing in the circle.
North Duplin visits Camden County on Friday.
