Rosewood girls dealt first defeat of season

Rosewood suffered its first loss of the season in a 54-52, non-conference defeat at the hands of South Johnston on Wednesday night.
Lexi Mercer led the Eagles offense with 27 points. Krystal Yelverton added 11 points in the loss.
Rosewood (4-1 overall) visits C.B. Aycock on Friday.
