Greene Central starts EPC tennis play with a shutout

AYDEN -- Greene Central cruised to a 9-0 win over Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference foe Ayden-Grifton on Wednesday.
Taylar Keel, Lindsey May, MacKenzie Butts, Brycen Radford, Chasity Holloman and Caitlin Deans each prevailed during singles play.
The tandems of Morgan Britt-Butts, Keel-Holloman and Radford-May also won for the Rams.
Greene Central (6-2 overall, 1-0 ECC) plays host to North Lenoir today.
