Best logs double-double in Chargers' first win of the season

ZEBULON -- Sarah Best poured in 26 points to go with 10 rebounds and four assists in Wayne Country Day's 45-21, non-conference win Tuesday evening at East Wake Academy.
Hannah Pearson supplied 10 points and seven rebounds for the Chargers. Karis Hawkins and Bailee Creger each had six rebounds.
Wayne Country Day (1-2 overall) plays host to Wayne Christian on Friday.
