Aycock's Sauls turns in solid effort in the pool

Charles B. Aycock's Savannah Sauls captured first place in two individual events and swam the anchor legs on two relays that logged second-place times during a multi-team meet contested at B.G. Darden Natatorium inside the Goldsboro Family Y on Tuesday evening.
Sauls touched the wall first in the 200 free (2:12.95) and 200 IM (2:28.85). She was joined by Taylor Bradshaw, Kylie Robertson and Molly Grimes on the 200 medley relay.
Bradshaw, Robertson, Sauls and Alexus Lemasters comprised the 200 free relay. Bradshaw won the 100 backstroke, while Robertson grabbed third in the 100 breaststroke.
Eastern Wayne's quartet of Lilly Boyette, Allison Bailey, Kaitlin Tallarida and Tricia Malcolm secured first place in the 400 free relay in 4:59.03. Malcolm placed third in the 100 free, while teammate Emily Grant notched fourth place in the 50 free.
Boyette was second in the 100 back.
Goldsboro's Kaylee Lyon second in the 100 fly and 500 free.
