Spring Creek shuts out Goldsboro

SEVEN SPRINGS -- Spring Creek scored four goals in the first half and rolled to a 5-0 win over Carolina 1-A Conference foe Goldsboro on Monday night.
The game was halted after 59 minutes due to lightning.
Juan Vega scored two goals in the win. Alex Ambriz, Ivan Lemus and Brandon Gonzalez each added one goal. Brayan Lopez and Ivan Lemus finished with two assists.
Jose Sanchez-Garcia earned the shutout in goal.
Spring Creek (10-1-3 overall) travels to Ayden-Grifton on Wednesday.
