Burroughs delivers 9 kills in CBA road win

Charles B. Aycock got off to a hot start and never looked back in a 25-9, 25-16, 25-10 win over Goldsboro on Wednesday afternoon.
Meredith Burroughs led the Golden Falcons with nine kills. Madison Mercer added eight kills and Reagan Herndon tallied six aces.
Brandy Johnson led Goldsboro with three blocks.
Goldsboro (2-9 overall) plays host to Rosewood today. C.B. Aycock (5-5) is the guest of Southern Wayne on Tuesday.
