JV football: S. Johnston slips past E. Wayne

South Johnston hung on for a 21-20 win over Eastern Wayne at Little Big Horn on Thursday evening.
K.K. Best led the Warriors with 190 yards rushing on 26 carries with three touchdowns. Best also had 40 yards receiving. Antonio Hall hauled in a 55-yard pass.
Shaquan Bell led the defense with eight tackles and James Franks made seven stops.
