Princeton softball shuts out Goldsboro

PRINCETON -- Bailee Ellis collected Goldsboro's lone hit in an 11-0 loss to defending Carolina 1-A Conference champion Princeton on Friday evening.

Alyssa Richardson took the pitching loss.

The Cougars (0-8 overall, 0-3 CC) visit Spring Creek on Tuesday.
