RANDY JERNIGAN

Randy Jernigan, 66, of the Grantham community, passed away Monday at Wayne UNC Health Care. He is the son of the late Clarence and Florence K. Jernigan, and the husband of Sandra W. Jernigan. He served in the United States Marine Corps, and was a self-employed carpenter.
Private services will be held at a later date.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Justin Humbles and wife, Ashley, of Goldsboro; a brother, Kirby Jernigan and wife, Carolyn, of Goldsboro; father and mother-in-law, John and Dorothy Basden; and a granddaughter, Zoey VanHoet.
