James Arthur Polk, 71, died Sunday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Memorial talk will be Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He was born in Texas Nov. 26, 1946, to the late Berry Sr. and Edna Douglas Polk. He was married to Johnnie M. Polk.
He is survived by a stepdaughter.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
