Ludie Faye Carmon, 59, Kinston, departed this walk of life Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at home with her family by her side.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Mrs. Carmon was born in Greene County, N.C., to the late Walter and Annie Whitfield Taylor.
She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses of Snow Hill.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin Carmon; five sisters, Mae Suggs of Bowie, Md., Cora Gee of Goldsboro, Shirley Lewis of Goldsboro, Helen Ricks of Haw River, N.C., and Mamie Brown (Nathaniel) Brown of Ridgeland, S.C.; and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
