Hilda Grace Mundine-McPhee ,73, 142-27 Franklin Ave., died June 2 at Franklin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Flushing, N.Y.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Monday at St.Stephen Church of Christ Disciples of Christ. Burial will be in Haiti Cemetery.
Visitation will be an hour prior to service. The family will assemble at 405 First Ave..
Arrangements are by Trinity Memorial Funeral Home.
