Susan Faye West Gore, 65, Warsaw, died Sunday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Warsaw Baptist Church. Burial will be in West Family Cemetery of Warsaw.
She was born June 24, 1952, in Lenoir County to the late James Daniel and Susan Arlene Scott West. She was married to Michael Gore.
She is survived by two sons and a stepdaughter.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the church.
