John M. Moore Sr., 97, 4610 Rosebud Church Road, Elm City, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Vaughn's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of Elm City.
Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home of Wilson.
