Nellie Faye Mitchell Capps, 77, Smithfield, died Wednesday at Johnston Healthcare.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Kenly Funeral Service, with pastor Jerry Waters officiating. Burial will be in Micro Memorial Gardens.
She was born in Johnston County Sept. 13, 1940, to the late Jim and Martha Worley Mitchell. She was married to the late Thurman Capps.
She is survived by three daughters and a son.
Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
