William Toby Tate, 86, 405 Bayleaf Drive, died Friday in Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Deeper Life Church Ministries. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 29, 1932, in Wayne County to Willie and Eliza Simpson Tate.
He is survived by two children.
Visitation will be an hour prior to at the church, with family present.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
