Lynwood "Sherrill" Aman, 72, Mount Olive, Wayne County, died Monday, April 23, 2018.
Funeral service Friday, April 27, 2018, Friendly Holiness Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, 11 a.m. Officiating, the Rev. Kevin Haynes, the Rev. C.H. Lee and pastor Jim Skinner. Interment Lee Family Cemetery, Mount Olive.
The family will receive friends at West and Dunn Funeral Home of Newton Grove Thursday, April 26, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Survivors wife, Lois Lee Aman; daughter, Lisa A. Johnson and husband, Jonathan, of Newton Grove; sons, Anthony Aman and wife, Anita, of Mount Olive and Kevin Aman and wife, Stacey, of Mount Olive; grandchildren, Christy Johnson, Kayla Ray, Jonathan Johnson, Hannah Johnson, Zackary Aman, Faith Aman and Jacob Aman; mother, Naomi Anderson of Mount Olive; sister, Diane Meyerpeter of Hampton, Va.; and brother, Henry Aman of Farmville, Va.
Preceded in death by father, Prentice Aman, and brother, Billy Aman,
Sherrill was a member of Jordans Chapel Volunteer Fire Department with 40 years of service and Grantham Volunteer Rescue Squad
