Richard "Dick" Dean Chase, 71, Pikeville, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
No funeral will be held.
He was born in Monroe, Wis., April 24, 1946, to the late John Alden and Irene Degler Chase.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie B. Chase, and three sons.
