ANNA GRACE BRASWELL PHILLIPS

Anna Grace Braswell Phillips, 80, formerly of Fremont, passed away Thursday at Rex UNC Health Care in Raleigh.
Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Phillips was born in Wayne County April 24, 1937, to the late Ben and Blonnie Ingram Braswell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lee Phillips.
She leaves to cherish her memories, son, Paul (Sharon) Phillips of Goldsboro; two daughters, Iris Phillips of Raleigh and Jenny Sharpless of Goldsboro; four grandchildren, Sharmain Phillips (Anthony McFadgen) of Raleigh, Jermain Phillips of Holly Springs and Jenna and Alex Sharpless of Goldsboro; one great-granddaughter, Addison Grace Phillips-McFadgen of Raleigh; and a host of other family and friends.
Family and friends will gather at the home of her daughter, 305 Maplewood Drive.
Professional services are entrusted in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
