Elizabeth "Bette" Chuckran Paquette, 85, Goldsboro, and formerly of Newport, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2017, at Brookdale in Goldsboro.
A memorial mass service will be held Monday, Aug. 14, 2017, at St. Mildred Catholic Church at 10 am. Father Donald Baribeau will be officiating, and burial will follow at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
Ms. Bette was born in Lansford, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Stephen and Verna Chaballa Chuckran.
Ms. Bette is survived by her husband of 60 years, Paul Paquette of Kinston, N.C.; one daughter, Ann P. Price and husband, Jeff, of Goldsboro, N.C.; three sons, Steven Paquette and wife, Cathy, of SouthBorough, Mass., John Paquette of Magnolia, N.C., and Paul Paquette of Peletier, N.C.; one sister, Ann Yanchura of Orange County, Calif.; three grandchildren, Elizabeth Price, Daniel Price and wife, Ally, and Tucker Paquette; one great-grandson, Bridger Price; and several deeply loved cousins, nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends and family one hour prior to the service at the church.
