Lynwood Artis, 50, 331 Jones St., Charlotte, formerly of Goldsboro, died Monday at home.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery
He was born April 16, 1967, in Newark, N.J., to Arthur and Annie Tyson Artis.
Visitation Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive friends 123 Wharton Lane, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
