James A. Williams "Bobby," 83, 3978 Wyse Fork Road, Dover, died Friday at the Crystal Coast Hospice House.
Funeral will be at noon Friday at The Church at Onslow, Jacksonville. Burial will follow at Mills Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, Kinston. The family will receive friends at the residence where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
