Ann Leonard Helsabeck, 85, of Morehead City, died Saturday at Harborview Health Care Center.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City with the Rev. James Burns officiating.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
She is survived by her husband, Don Helsabeck, one daughter and one son.
