DELORES LAMM BONHAM

Delores Lamm Bonham, 80, Goldsboro, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2017, at her home surrounded by her family.
Delores was born in Johnston County March 20, 1937, to Viola Stallings Lamm of Smithfield and the late Percy Lee Lamm.
She had retired from Wayne County Social Services with 40 years of service, and had attended Jefferson United Methodist Church.
Delores was the rock of her family; her husband, children and grandchildren knew that she loved them with all her heart and truly was a blessing to them.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017, in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, with the Rev. Ronnie Hobgood officiating.
The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery and other times at her home.
In addition to her mother, Delores is survived by her husband of 61 years, Billy Robert Bonham; daughter, Sherry Carlyle and husband, Wayne, of Goldsboro; son, Billy Bonham Jr. and wife, Anna, of Mooresville; sister, Theresa Gibble and husband, Phillip, of Pikeville; grandchildren, Ashley Reeves, Landon Reeves, Bill Bonham III, Benjamin Andrew Bonham and Bradley Lane Bonham; and two great-grandchildren.
