Leslie Millard, 47, died Sunday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church, with visitation afterward.
She was born in Indiana Aug. 15, 1969, to the late Bob and Helen Cobb Settles.
She is survived by her husband, the Rev. Jimmy Millard, and two sons.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
