Carolyn Smith, 59, 103 Waters Circle, died Tuesday in East Carolina Rehab and Wellness of Greenville.
Funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. at St. James Church of Christ. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
She was born in Wayne County to Carnell and Mary Bowden Bell.
Visitation will be Monday from noon to 1 p.m. at the church. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble for the funeral procession
