James Herman Outlaw, 63, Jacksonville, formerly of Duplin County, died Monday at home.
Funeral will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home chapel of Rose Hill Sunday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Jerry Fullwood officiating. Burial will be at Middleton Family Cemetery in Kenansville.
He is survived by four sons and a daughter.
Visitation will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home Saturday from 5 to 6 p.m.
