LEIGH ANN SASSER WYCKOFF

Leigh Ann Sasser Wyckoff, 53, Grifton, departed this walk of life Monday, Jan. 9, 2017, at her home.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2017, from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory, with the Rev. Eugene Hartley officiating.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Westview Cemetery in Kinston.
Mrs. Wyckoff was born in Wayne County June 7, 1963.
She is survived by her husband, Douglas Wyckoff; her mother, Pat Sutton and husband, Nick, of Pikeville; three daughters, Amanda Lynne Allison and husband, Chuck, of Snow Hill, Jessica Leigh Pipkin and fiancé, Scott Bryant, of New Bern and Roxana Wyckoff Walker of Kinston; three brothers, Brian Sasser of Pinkney, David J. Sasser Jr. and wife, Twilla, of Oregon and Joe Sutton and wife, Stephanie, of Four Oaks; and six grandchildren.
Mrs. Wyckoff was preceded in death by her father, David J. Sasser Sr.; a baby sister; and her maternal and paternal grandparents.
She will forever be missed by family and friends and all who loved her.
The family will receive friends other times at the home of her mother, Pat and Nick Sutton, 111 S. Goldsboro St. in Pikeville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Leo Jenkins Cancer Center, 600 Moye Blvd., Greenville, N.C., 27834.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
