Kenneth Lee Jones, 79, Smithfield, died Monday at home.
Graveside service will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Jones Family Cemetery.
He was born in Johnston County Feb. 28, 1937, to the late Jessie Thomas and Clarisa Elizabeth Philigan Jones.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Mae Moss Jones, and two daughters.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Service.
