Julia Bell Mattocks, 79, 602 B St., died Wednesday at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. today at Myrtle Grove Christian Church, Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the church.
