Mother Margaret Priscilla Williams Oates, 96, 1406 S. Slocumb St., Goldsboro, passed away April 12, 2016.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 16, 2016, at noon at Western Assembly Disciples of Christ Headquarters building in Newton Grove, N.C. Pastor Bishop Charles J. Williams Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Newton Grove, N.C.
Visitation will be Saturday at Western Assembly from 11 a.m. to noon, with the family present at 11:30 a.m.
Survivors two daughters, Linda Faye Williams (Bishop Charles) and Carolyn "Tina" Peay (John) both of Goldsboro; two daughters-in-law, Thelma Oates of Newton Grove and Yvonne Oates of New York; one sister-in-law, Layuria Williams of Four Oaks; 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 27 great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great-grandchild.
