Dwight Lewis, Durham, N.C., died April 12, 2016, at home surrounded by his family.
Dwight is survived by one daughter, Maya Henry of Raleigh, N.C.; parents, Raphell and Barbara Lewis of Dudley, N.C.; and a brother, Daryl Lewis (Denise) of Hinesville, Ga.
Memorial services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Smith Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, 713 Pineview Cemetery Road in Mount Olive.
