CATHERINE S. FRAZIER

Catherine Stedman Frazier, 87, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016 after a period of declining health at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Catherine was born in Guilford County on Nov. 24, 1928, to the late Allison Vernon Stedman and Blanche Lassiter Stedman. She worked for many years as an instructor with Wayne Community College and was a member of the National Education Association and the North Carolina Education Association. Catherine was also a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church.
Graveside services were held on Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Pine Forest Memorial Gardens in Wake Forest.
Catherine is survived by her sons, Dr. Terry G. Frazier of Goldsboro and Timothy L. Frazier and wife, Tammy of Raleigh; and her grandchildren, Wesley Frazier and Ryen Frazier.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, N.C. 27534.
