Jo Ann Forehand, 62, Pikeville, died Sunday at home.
A private service will be held at a later date.
She was the daughter of Helen Fairchild of Florida and the late James Lee Browning, and husband of Kenneth Forehand.
Arrangements are by Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home.
