The Rev. Mrs. Fannie Pearl Hill Davis, 69, Goldsboro, a native of Pink Hill, went to be with the Lord Saturday, Feb. 13, while at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 2:30 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral chapel in Mount Olive, with the Rev. James Earl Herring officiating, with burial to follow.

Visitation will be before the service beginning at 1 p.m.

Sister Davis served as co-pastor of Faith Pentecostal Church in Rosewood, along with her husband.

Surviving are her husband, the Rev. James Allen "Jack" Davis; seven children, Patricia Davis Sasser of Rosewood, Janet Marie Davis of Goldsboro, Timothy Davis and wife, Katlyn, of Greensboro, Melissa Danielle Davis of Goldsboro, Jessica Davis Peacock and husband, Brandon, of Rosewood, Brittany Davis of Rosewood and Patricia Davis of Ohio; grandchildren, to include Zachary Allen Rayburn and wife, Dolores, of Pikeville and Justin Sasser of Rosewood; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, William Henry Hill of Kinston; two sisters, Annie Davis of Dudley and Mildred Walters of Snow Hill; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Bertha Holmes of Goldsboro.
