Bruce Gene Wallace, 66, passed away Friday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
He was the son of the late James and Rose Wallace, and was the husband of Beverly Wallace.
Mr. Wallace was a member of Rosewood First Baptist Church.
A funeral service will be held Monday evening at 7 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory, with Dr. Mike Collier officiating.
Family members will greet friends at the funeral home immediately following the service.
Committal services will be held Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Wallace is survived by his daughters, Melissa Best and husband, Chad, of Pikeville and Kimberly Cox and husband, Lynwood, of Mount Olive; a sister, Wendy Hargis and husband, Lynwood, of Princeton; grandchildren, Laci Best, Shannon Hayes, Jenny Cox and Taylor Cox; and two great-grandchildren.
