Shawnta R. Smith, 40, New Bern, died Monday at Carolina East Medical Center.
Funeral will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home chapel in Rose Hill Sunday at 1 p.m., with pastor Woodrow Grandy Jr. officiating. Burial will be at Duplin Memorial Gardens in Teachey.
She was the daughter of Yvonne Robinson of Warsaw and Marvin Smith of Kenansville.
Visitation will be Saturday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Rose Hill Funeral Home.
