Herman Strickland, 81, 337 Gold St., Sharpsburg, died Monday at Wilson Pines Nursing Center.
Funeral will be noon Sunday at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church of Rocky Mount.
Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Chapel of Wilson.
