Robert English Twiggs, 75, Goldsboro, passed away Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at his home.
Bob was born in Brevard, N.C., Sept. 28, 1940, to the late Earl and Ellen English Twiggs.
He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, and retired as a technical sergeant May 21, 1991.
A service will be held by the graveside at the Veterans Cemetery at a later date with military honors.
Bob is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Nathan and Harriet Lehman of Catawba.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Earl Twiggs.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to the Disabled American Veterans.
